اہم طبی و ریفنڈ پالیسی تنبیہ (Urdu Refund Notice)
- کھلی ہوئی دوائی نا قابلِ واپسی (No Opened Returns): چونکہ یہ جانوروں کی میڈیسن اور بائیولوجیکل پروڈکٹس ہیں، اس لیے بوتل کی سیلی، ڈھکن یا پیکنگ کھلنے کے بعد **کسی بھی صورت میں واپسی یا ریفنڈ ممکن نہیں ہوگا**۔
- ٹمپریچر اور خراب ہونے کی لاپرواہی (Temperature Storage Liability): اگر کسٹمر یا فارم کی طرف سے دوائی کو دھوپ، تیز گرمی یا غلط ٹمپریچر پر رکھا جائے اور وہ خراب ہو جائے، تو **بائے مور فارماسیوٹیکل اس کی واپسی کا ذمہ دار نہیں ہوگا**۔
- 48 گھنٹے کی ڈیمج رپورٹ (48-Hour Claim Window): اگر پارسل میں غلط یا ڈیمج دوائی پہنچے، تو 48 گھنٹے کے اندر تصویر یا ویڈیو ثبوت کے ساتھ رابطہ کریں، 100% فری متبادل پارسل بھیجا جائے گا۔
1. Strict Non-Returnable Opened Product Regulation (کھلی یا استعمال شدہ کی عدم واپسی)
Biological contamination & safety protection
Due to strict drug safety regulations and the risk of cross-contamination in livestock medicine, any product whose outer seal, bottle cap, aluminum foil, or blister package has been opened, broken, or tampered with is strictly NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once a medicine bottle is unsealed, BuyMore Pharmaceutical cannot re-sell or verify its chemical purity to another farm.
2. Temperature Maintenance & Storage Conditions (ٹمپریچر اور محفوظ رکھنے کی شرائط)
Customer storage responsibility clause
Veterinary medicines, oral calcium suspensions, multivitamins, and injectables require specific storage temperatures (e.g., Cold Chain 2°C – 8°C for vaccines, or below 25°C in a dry cool place for oral liquids).
3. Eligible Return & Free Replacement Claims (وہ صورتیں جن میں واپسی ہوگی)

If the courier delivers a physically broken or leaking bottle, report it within 48 hours with unboxing photo/video proof for 100% free replacement.
If our warehouse dispatches a different medicine from what you ordered, keep the seal unopened, and we will swap it free of charge.
Due to pharmaceutical safety, dispatched or delivered parcels cannot be returned due to "change of mind".
